Climate Change – An Overview

This bright and inspiring e-learning module introduces learners to the meaning and basic science of climate change, and how humans are contributing to what has been up until now, a deteriorating situation. It explains the purpose of the United Nations and gives an overview of past and existing global climate policy. 

This module will empower learners with a greater understanding of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gasses, and the impact of climate change on the environment. It aims to motivate and energise people into take meaningful action to reduce their carbon footprint and promote sustainable practices in their personal and professional lives.

This series of modules is aimed at all employees within an organisation, regardless of role or seniority level.

Our Climate Change Knowledge suite has been designed to empower learners with a greater understanding of climate change and the impact it is having on the environment. 

It aims to motivate and energize learners into taking meaningful action to reduce their carbon footprint and promote sustainable practices in their personal and professional lives.

For organisations looking at Carbon Literacy Certification, the suite aligns with the Carbon Literacy Project's Knowledge Framework and has been approved by the CLP as comprising 50% of the Carbon Literacy training course. The other 50% is completed on Teams with a small group of delegates and one of our Carbon Literacy trainers.
