Be able to describe what is meant by climate adaptation
Understand how adaptation in the UK and beyond can protect communities and nature against the worst impacts of climate change
Know that adaptation strategies are extremely varied and some, such as tree planting for which individuals can volunteer, have far-reaching benefits
This series of modules is aimed at all employees within an organisation, regardless of role or seniority level.
Everyone who completes it will learn the same up-to-date information, thereby achieving a consistent level of knowledge throughout the business, and a stronger understanding of climate-related policies by employees.

Our Climate Change Knowledge suite has been designed to empower learners with a greater understanding of climate change and the impact it is having on the environment.
It aims to motivate and energize learners into taking meaningful action to reduce their carbon footprint and promote sustainable practices in their personal and professional lives.
For organisations looking at Carbon Literacy Certification, the suite aligns with the Carbon Literacy Project's Knowledge Framework and has been approved by the CLP as comprising 50% of the Carbon Literacy training course. The other 50% is completed on Teams with a small group of delegates and one of our Carbon Literacy trainers.
