ESG Module 4 – Governance Aspects of ESG

This module is all about the G aspect of ESG. It begins by exploring the principles of good corporate governance, the roles of boards and executive leadership and introduces disclosure and transparency in corporate reporting. It moves on to look at anti-corruption and ethics in the workplace, and how to implement such policies/ practices including establishing whistle-blower mechanisms. Questions and interactive activities support the learning throughout. 

With external pressures from climate change and the need for government departments to become more sustainable, there is no doubt that the importance of Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) considerations will continue to grow.
